A 15% service fee will be deducted from each payment made to Mentors. This fee covers operational and platform maintenance costs.

YouMentorMe does not guarantee any specific outcome from mentorship or advice and is not responsible for the quality, legality, or accuracy of content provided by Mentors.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, YouMentor.Me and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all content on this site. All rights are reserved. You may access the content for personal use only, subject to restrictions.

• Responding to submitted questions within 24 hours in order to be eligible for payment or rewards

8. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of YouMentorMe. Disputes should be reported within 7 days of a completed session. Users and Mentors are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably before involving support.
